Such as freezing your screen while you wait interminably for a game to get tallied, following which it often crashes and you lose the tokens you used to play. Others have noted the obnoxious requirements to keep buying power ups in order to be competitive. It would be great not to have any of those and just to play head to head, made the best person win.My most recent miserable experience was having an all-time high 36 game win streak suddenly and mysteriously erased by the software, even though I had not lost a game.

When I wrote to customer service about it they repeatedly said they couldn’t do anything about it and claimed I had lost to another player. I asked them to send me the evidence, because there was none on my screen.

They wouldn’t do it and obnoxiously kept signing their notes with “Have a great day!“There are other games online that treat the customer more fairly, have better software and better customer service. Lots of things need to improve but still it is great. However, this app gets 1 star because it is the single worst team of developers (might only be one the way it seems) I have seen with any app or software product I have ever used. Problems have gone on since the change to boggle.Update: more confounding decisions made by this company - they create stats which get people excited and playing more games than they otherwise would and then they reverse all value created by changing the time for the game so u have half the time - thereby making past stats which have been going on for years, completely useless.

Almost like 6 year old kids are running the app. Completely moronic.

I literally stopped playing when they did this and will check once a month to see if they change it back. No app I have ever used has been so poorly maintained.Update 2020: tech issues continue - still 1 of only 2 games I ever play as I love the potential but the bugs have taken over and the latest is it slows the phone down to a crawl and the app basically crashes - they will blame your connection even if you have the fastest the U.S. Has to offer - app on last legs and likely won't see 2021.

Baseball 9 hacks. Tomdert, Decent gameI have been playing for several years and find that the game has much to keep it I interesting including the tournaments and daily challenge and new bonuses. However it is riddled with bugs which is very frustrating.

The daily challenges do not keep track of rankings despite continued promises. The bonuses are not working and the tournaments sometimes fault out for no good reason. Fix the bugs and it would be an awesome game. Don’t fix them and I will likely give up on the game.The new tournament format is terrible. Too few options and actually fewer rewards despite promises of increased rewards.

Also daily challenge still does not track rankings. There has been improvement on faulting out on tournaments but still occurs.Update: Continue to be very disappointed with the tournament play options. Also again the daily challenge does not keep track of rankings the way the older version still does. Getting less and less to keep the interest.

The bonus board is pretty much a waste with providing more coins than are really needed rather than give tickets and power plays which are much more useful. Seems developers are more interested in making money than keeping the game interesting.
