Pick it up and head outside. Do not talk to the chef yet. Instead walk outside and down the small set of stairs in front of you.

This leads along the outside wall of the villa. Hug the wall to avoid one security camera and walk your way to the back of the villa.To lure De Santis out of the upper floor, we are going to use her lover as bait. Head back to the kitchen through the bathroom window. Make sure to hug the wall on the right to avoid the security camera. When you enter the kitchen, make sure you picked up the expired sauce from the pantry near the radio. If not, do so now.Speak to the chef. He will assign you to finish cooking the pasta sauce for Caruso’s lunch. Mix in the old sauce and go back outside.

Next to the door is a bell. Ring it so Caruso knows it is time to chow down.After ringing the bell, head back through the bathroom window, again avoiding the camera. Make your way to the back room of the building and exit through a door on the right hand side.

Nearby is a chest. Hide inside and wait for Caruso.The sauce upsets his stomach so bad that he will walk right in front of you to throw it back up. When he does, pop out and kill him. Make sure to hide the shotgun out of sight too. You won’t need it for this part and won’t have this security getup for long.Behind some wooden pallets and barrels near the edge of this area is a white pipe that leads down below. Slide down this pipe and walk up the nearby stair case.

Crouch and choke out the scientist at the top. This is the disguise we want.

This will mess with the arm.At this point, both scientists will be distracted with the havoc you’ve caused. Approach the virus control panel and raise the temperature.

Stick around to make sure it is destroyed by blending in at one of the microscopes. When the virus pops, leave the chamber. Put on the scientist disguise and exit the way you came.Go back up above on the catwalk and slide down the white pipe again. This keep you out of the way of scientists and guards. If you were caught on tape, just enter the back door of the little pod ahead of you. It’s the room beneath where you acquired the scientist disguise.
